Basic Information Of Sulcotrione
Apr 29, 2018

Sulcotrione - Physicochemical Properties

The original drug was a brown-gray solid with a melting point of 139°C and a vapor pressure of <5332.8 nPa (25°C). The solubility in water at 25°C is 165 mg/L, soluble in acetone and chlorobenzene. In water, stable under sunlight or dark, heat resistant up to 80°C. DT5015 days in fertile sandy soil and DT507 days in fine fertile soil.

Sulcotrione - How to use

It is suitable for broad-leaved weeds and some monocotyledonous weeds such as alfalfa, eggplant, solanum nigrum, sorghum, sophora japonica, crabgrass, bloodroot grass, ceylon, and wild grass. Post-emergence application with doses of 300-450 g/ha (for active ingredients) can control broad-leaved weeds and grass weeds. The high-dose (active ingredient) 900g/ha is also safe for corn, but when drought and low-lying water are present, the corn leaves will have a temporary discoloration and no effect on the weight of the corn. Under normal rotation conditions, it is safe for winter wheat, barley, winter canola, potatoes, beets and peas. It can be used alone, mixed or continuously to control corn weeds.

Sopsotrione - Toxicity data

The oral or transdermal or inhalation acute toxicity of the original drug or preparation to the mammal is very low, the skin absorption is also low, and it is safe for the user. The meridian has no irritating effect on the skin, has a slight irritating effect on the eyes, and is not allergic to the skin. In vivo tests showed that the product is not teratogenic to rats and rabbits. 50 to 140 days after application, no residue was found in corn or green forage crops. The toxicity to birds, wild ducks, diphtheria and other wild animals is very low; the toxicity to squid is low and it is safe for otters and bees. At high doses, there are no harmful effects on soil microbes.
